You can contact us in a number of different ways:

How will I know if my order was received by Brown & Saenger?
Once your online order has been placed, you will receive confirmation via e-mail.

How does my business get sale pricing?
Our computer system applies our current sale pricing to our entire line of office products. This will give you the lowest price available in our system and you didn't even have to ask!

Will sales tax be applied to an order I place with Brown & Saenger?
Residents of South Dakota and North Dakota will have applicable sales tax added to their orders.

Why wouldn't I receive my business products the next day?
Our cut-off time for next day delivery is 2:00pm, CST, for next day delivery. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered Monday, not Saturday. You may also reside in an area where we cannot provide next day delivery. Please give our office a call to determine your delivery situation.

What about ship dates for non-stock items?
Non-stock items or special order items ship directly from the manufacturer or a non-Brown & Saenger distribution center. Due to this, delivery may be delayed. Contact us for furniture, paper, printing, promotional products or large quantity orders. Special delivery will be arranged to provide the most cost efficient delivery.

How do I contact my local UPS?
Call 1-800-PICK-UPS or visit their web site.

What is Brown & Saenger's return policy?
Our goal, of course, is 100% customer satisfaction. If you encounter a problem within 30 days, the product is in the original manufacturer's packaging and the product is stocking merchandise, please call us at 1-800-952-3509 between 8:00am and 5:00pm CST, Monday-Friday, so that we may issue a full credit or a complete refund.

All returns must have original packing material, manuals, original box and any other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Special Order Service items are not returnable.

What credit cards does Brown & Saenger accept?
Brown & Saenger accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

What are Brown & Saenger's payment terms for clients?
Payment is due 30 days following date of invoice. A late charge of 1.5% per month will be added to any outstanding balance over 30 days.
